Dosing/Metering Progressing Cavity Pumps
Moyno new line of pumps offering an efficient, reliable and low maintenance solution for applications where low flow, accurate dosing/metering is required. The Moyno dosing/metering pumps provide a smooth pumping action with no pulsation and very low shear. Ideal for either intermittent or continuous duties.
The Description of Dosing/Metering Progressing Cavity Pumps
The Dosing/Metering Progressing Cavity Pump is ideal for either intermittent or continuous dosing duties in high pressure, low flow applications, and represents a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the more expensive gear pumps traditionally used for these types of duties. Manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance standards, the modular design of the new dosing pump allows the four models in the range to cover performance requirements from 5 liters per hour up to 1,250 liters per hour and 72 bar pressure.
The Application of Dosing/Metering Progressing Cavity Pumps
Moyno dosing/metering progressing cavity pumps are commonly used in applications that require accurate and consistent flow rates, such as chemical processing, water treatment, and food production. These pumps are known for their ability to handle high-viscosity fluids and solids without damaging them, making them well-suited for handling a wide range of materials.
